OUR BREAD
One of the characteristics that distinguishes us is the bread we produce, made entirely in our factory by expert bakers respecting the original Alba recipe for over 40 years.

THE SAUCES
Mayonnaise is produced according to a recipe developed in our company, in order to obtain a lighter product with 30% less fat, highly digestible and last but not least it is egg-free. Since there are no eggs, even in cases of temperature changes or poor management of the cold during the distribution phase, the product does not develop those pathogens deriving from the egg, such as salmonella, which are dangerous for human health.
